Best of Halloween Costume Ideas - Queen for a Day and More!

Saw a picture of Beyoncé dressed up looking like a queen holding a scepter (below) and got inspired for a Halloween costume idea.  Be a queen!

This is a Marie Antoinette-style gown. Eh!  We know her history.  Try not to think about the fact that she lost her head.  Just think of all the pretty gowns she wore.
