International real estate investing is not for the faint of heart.  Many investors vie to own a piece of South Africa. It is considered by some to be the most coveted prime real estate on the planet. But think also about Costa Rica, Panama and The Bahamas as international real estate investment choices. Why pass on an opportunity to own a small part of a paradise? The political climate in these 3 countries is much less volatile than South Africa. Plus they all have great diving and fishing spots! :)
