Places to Live: Florida OR Texas? CHOOSE!

I grew up in Florida.  I now live in Texas.  Neither state has state taxes; and the weather is usually pretty nice all year round, except for hurricanes and tornadoes every now and then. So I don't have to choose.  I can say BOTH!  If you love palm trees and coconut trees, then definitely your choice should be Florida. 

Having lived in both states I can attest that the information the article (mentioned below) writer supplied is very reliable. Even though Florida came out “the winner”, I am still happy that I moved my family to Texas. What I'm not happy about is that folks from California keep moving to Texas! 

Why can't they keep on moving and relocate to Florida. The prices of residential and commercial properties are SOARING!! And I know it's all because of them!! They're moving from California and bringing their California prices with them. 

I know I'm being selfish. But I really do wish those folks would stay where they are OR move somewhere else! It could be Florida. 🌴 It could be another country. Just STOP moving to Texas! Please!

I moved to Austin, Texas in 1998. It's the state's capital. So if you want to live in Texas, this is the best city. I always tell people that. NFTs Help You Guard Your Ownership of Digital Assets

I chose an excerpt from this article because I thought these words were the perfect lead-in for describing the intent of the inventors of NFTs (non-fungible tokens).

“ … most digital art hasn’t entered the traditional art market world because there hasn’t been a way to track provenance and therefore ownership. For an art object to retain value, it has to be tracked back to the creator in some fashion and it needs to be unique, or at least in limited supply. ...”

This article is very complicated and hard (for me) to digest. But if you own digital assets, like art or music, you should read this. When I saw the name Jay-Z and Beyoncé in the article I know this is serious business. I got the gist of the article. 

• NFTs are a sort of “protection” for your digital asset, just like copyrights and patents.

That's how I understand NFTs. 

If anybody wants to enlighten me further or correct me, I'm open to discussion.

Having Fun At Read.Cash and Noise.Cash ~ Learning and Earning!

Have you heard of Noise.Cash?  It's a fun social site where you can socialize, learn, and earn Bitcoin Cash.  It is the partner site for Read.Cash.  Both sites are fairly new.  Read.Cash was launched in 2019 and the following year, 2020, Noise.Cash was launched.  If you like publishing short posts (just like you do on Twitter) then you'll probably like Noise.Cash.  If you're an artist or photographer, blogger, article writer, both sites are terrific for sharing your work.  In other words, you can publish short posts, share images, or write detailed articles.  The platform is very easy to use and you can start immediately!

Just survived the “historic” February 2021 winter storm of Texas. (Reblog)

Just survived the “historic” February 2021 winter storm of Texas. 

It's the first time the entire state was told to brace for the snow.  We were not ready for it!  My electricity was off for a week,  My water is still not turned on.  We have bottled water for drinking but we can't flush our toilets.  It's awful!  Because I had no electricity, I could not access the Internet.  I finally got access back on Saturday and signed in to sites I was using to make money online and earn cryptocurrencies.  One of my favorite sites is Noise.Cash. You earn Bitcoin Cash at that site. When I was finally able to sign in I shared a music video by Ed Sheeran (https://noise.cash/post/1nv8287k)  I guess because I had not signed in for a few days I did not get any Free Tips.  (Join the site and you'll figure out what the Free Tips are.)  Hope I can get ball rolling again!  

On the last day of the storm when the weather started warming up again, my daughter said she heard a bird singing.  It's what woke her up.  Peace and Love everybody!!
